Job Description:

One of the largest privately held and physician-run multi-specialty health care organizations seeks a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of related financial experience. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting director, senior analysts and all levels of management in the development and distribution of a variety of routine and strategic financial analysis. Utilizing appropriate financial, operational and statistical data, identifies trends and suggests opportunities in financial or operational performance. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience. M.B.A. is preferred. Experience in banking or leasing preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus. Technical skills to include: Understanding of general accounting principles; data collection and analysis; financial modeling (development); knowledge of auditing/reconciliation methodologies; basic understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow components of financial statements. Understanding of capital vs. operating expenses is preferred. Should have the ability to develop and present creative approaches and solutions to financial business issues.
