Job Description:
 A company providing financial electronic commerce services and products seeks Software Developer with 7–10 years’ working with CheckFree PEP. The candidate will perform product design, bug verification, release testing, and support system implementations which may require research and analysis. As part of the compliance product development team, the software developer is required to perform analysis, write specification documents, code and test mainframe software changes based on specifications. Written documentation such as design specifications, product documentation, release bulletins and communications to customers are an integral part of the job. In addition, this position is required to provide technical support to an assigned software product customer base. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent. The position requires extensive knowledge of COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL and debugging tools. Exposure to ACH operations is a plus. Should have strong working knowledge of the PEP+ application, with detailed understanding of NACHA rules and regulations. Good technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation is a must. Should have Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. Familiarity with CASE tools products is essential. Should have project management skills with experience in managing deliverables and aggressive schedules.
