Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed information, planning and coordination of projects, schedules, etc. May deal with both internal and external contacts. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, of job-related functional area and of telecommunications technology. B.S. degree in technical area, and 7-10 years job-related experience. Purpose: VoIP network engineering to support the engineering deliverables associated with the IT **CLI converter** project. The contractor will produce requirements documents needed by IT to further develop the CLI converter code, develop operational MOPs and support process requirement documents associated with the change in architecture to remove the EMS, write test requirements documents for SIT, and develop engineering documents (feature provisioning template documents) that are written in support of CLI provisioning rather than SOAP XML base provisioning.
