You will have the opportunity to work with the Business Development team and executives from Kaplan\'s business units on a range of strategic projects and domestic and international acquisitions. Responsibilities will include:* Represent Kaplan in discussions with potential acquisition targets* Monitor performance of public and private companies in the broad education industry* Research and evaluate new markets for potential entry* Review and assess potential acquisition candidates* Assist in the performance of acquisition due diligenceRequirements:* Bachelor's degree preferred* Minimum 5 years works experience in finance (ideally at an investment bank or in a business development function)* Excellent research and analytical skills* Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels* Must pay strict attention to detail* Outstanding organizational skills to manage numerous deliverables and varied sources of data*
