Job Description:
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping craft strategic deals and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging players in the media and technology space that drive Yahoo!\'s media sales business. This role has broad exposure and interaction with management within all of Yahoo!\'s business units including its web properties, sales, sales operations, product marketing, strategic alliances, legal, finance and the technology organizations.Responsibilities include:- Working cross-functionally with Yahoo! internal teams to strategize and structure advertiser, agency, and other third party vendor contracts including M Leading internal and external contract negotiations for large 6, 7 and 8-figure content, media sales and technology deals with advertisers, agencies, content and/or distribution partners and other third party vendors in support of Yahoo!\'s media business- Helping set and maintain Yahoo!\'s corporate contracting best practices with sales teams including driving standardization of contracting processes throughout Yahoo! organization- Supporting strategic initiatives including post M&A and strategic partner integrationsMinimum .
