Will also stay engaged and in communication with the capture / pursuit manager to support pursuits through closure. May also be asked to lead a key capture pursuit. Expected to spend majority of time outside of the office traveling, networking and meeting with industry customers. Required Skills and Experiences: At least 15 years of experience working in the IRIS area Proven record pursuing and capturing jobs and proposals Substantial experience participating in capture pursuits and proposals - demonstrated growth Aggressively customer focused Some track record of successfully marketing in the services sector Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated networking capabilities among various communities, e.g. users, and acquisition officials / leads in and the Air Force, and logistics leads in the Air Force Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and be a team player Proven ability to conduct competitive assessments and deals to win Familiarity with joint capabilities process and its impact on service requirements and solutions in logistics field,
