Job Description:
These GMs would be direct reports to the Service Line Director. Interested candidates must possess at least 20 years of experience in the architectural or closely-related design fields, with at least 7 years of direct profit and loss responsibility, and 5 years in a business management role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is NCARB certified and a licensed architect in Ohio, Illinois, Virginia or North Carolina, and is willing to relocate to an existing Woolpert office in Ohio, Illinois or Virginia. A demonstrated track record of promoting advances in technology, development of staff and managing profitable practice growth and sales. A network of strong regional or national client base is also required. The selected candidate will report directly to Chief Operating Officer.
