Act as a business partner for the vendor of online content and provide sound strategic and tactical advice on partnership initiatives * Provide strategic direction for Business Development and manage the effectiveness and efficiencies of the group to ensure all financial and strategic objectives are met * Develop and leverage relationships with Online Content Vendors that incorporate their solutions into our technology * Structure and negotiate partnership agreements with complex licensing or pricing options. Build strategic partnership teams * Develop detailed operational plans with partners to include sales targets, marketing materials and joint collateral * Act as liaison between partner and all departments by facilitating information exchange with Online Content Vendor partners *
