Job Description:
Project Manager/Architect *Manages multiple projects from conception to completion including but not limited to: o Working through schematic design and design development including charettes o Drafting preliminary and construction documents including details, plans, sections, and elevations o Writing specifications o Conducting code research o Coordinating with consultants and engineers *Assumes responsibility (with oversight from a principal) for: o Preparing all phases of documentation o Reviewing & approving submittals o Guiding overall project objectives and concepts *Is familiar with a variety of the industry\'s concepts, practices and procedures *Operates effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines *Collaborates in a team environment *Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals *Performs a variety of complex tasks *Exhibits a wide degree of creativity and latitude *Reports to a principal in the business NOTES: US Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package. Requirements This individual must have a minimum of a 2 year degree/5+ years of experience. Registered Georgia architect (or eligibility for licensure) preferred. Experience in the design and construction of projects related to government, judicial/correctional, educational (K12-university), commercial and/or healthcare design is desirable.
