Job Description: Join the exciting team Marriott Sales Team, position is based at Regional Sales Office, 111 Sutter Street, Suite 300, San Francisco CA 94104.

Groups Coordinator (Banquets/Catering): Responsible for assigning groups \to maximize hotel room revenue while maintaining group inventories according to the group sales agreements. Ensure group blocks are processed and updated on a timely basis and MARSHA inventory is properly maintained relative to groups. Manage and maintain tentative group blocks. Produce weekly group pick-up report and ensure rooming lists are received on time. Manage group cut-off dates and guarantee letters. Ensure accurate reservations and general information for each group. Work closely with meeting planners to obtain updated rooming lists, group changes; coordinate VIP/staff rooming lists and room assignments. Supports Event Management and Sales with housing process.
