Translating business requirements into technical requirements used for driving technical improvements, enhancements, or creation of new applications. Communicating project direction and scope and negotiating with teams to work through constraints and alternatives. Tracking business trends and keeping current with all available technical options, development procedures and innovative solutions for key business initiatives. Partnering with clients to analyze business process and related problems. Interfacing with vendors in selection and negotiation of software and hardware products. Negotiating and managing project scope, progress, and client expectations. Ensuring that client needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
