Coordinate internal approvals for creative deliverables including: routing copy, comps, and proofs Review and route creative brief and scopes of work Schedule and lead status meetings; keep teams informed on current job status Update and maintain production schedules, enforce and maintain accurate documentation Set due dates for various stages of job completion after consulting with all departments on timing requirements Be highly organized and able to meet high standards for quality and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field 2-5+ years project management experience in creative environment Proven ability to manage high volume projects Ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments Knowledge of the production process, including e-mail, online advertising, web development, and print advertising.
