Responsible for all aspects of Bar and Lounge Service – likely scheduled evenings and weekends Scheduling and staffing of all Bar positions 1. Bartenders 2. Bar Backs 3. Cocktailers / Lounge Servers Ordering and maintaining all beverage selections non-alcoholics wine pars and inventory beer pars and inventory liquor pars and inventory coffee pars and inventory all bar consumeables / garnishes fruits / etc Ordering and maintaining all bar supplies all bar paper products (napkins / straws / etc) all bar smallwares bar needed stemware / glassware (work in conjunction with Dining Room Manager) maintaining all storage rooms and deliveries Bar Staff accountability initial training ongoing training coaching and counseling reviews / recognition cleaning / maintenance / sidework Beverage menu maintenance 1. All beverage and bar menus maintained and updated – work with Dining Room manager for website updates. Programming and maintenance of all beverage items a. ingredients / recipe if possible b. item cost for PMIX c. no 86 list – continuous updating Complete FOH competency including but not limited to Daily cash reconciliation / basic accounting – invoices / P&L familiarity Running and maintaining the dining room when Dining Room Manager not on duty Interaction with hotel Food and dining room knowledge Invoice tracking and data imput Basic computer skills – Office/Internet/Pagemaker
