Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Banquet Manager for the operation at Heinz Field. As Banquet Manager, you will be an integral part of our total Banquet and Catering operations to include such duties as assisting with the leadership, development and motivation of the staff. You will plan and execute the successful operations of various food and beverages services, as well as back of the house functions. The Banquet Manager directly supervises Banquet employees with responsibilities in the hiring, discipline, and performance review processes. Qualifications Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years industry & high volume management experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to success in this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of customer service is critical. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
