Job Description:
Responsible for leading staff in completing shift responsibilities. Greets guests and is available to check them in/out and respond to any questions/requests. Needs to be very knowledgeable about the hotel and local area. Be able to perform cash/credit responsibilities following established procedures. Distributes information in a timely and professional manner. Prefer 2-3 years customer service experience or related experience in a leadership or supervisory role in order to manage up to 10 staff of AYS Agents and Bellpersons. Must be able to communicate effectively and motivate staff and prepare staff schedules. Must deal with guest requests/problems and satisfy their needs along acceptable company guidelines. Assist coworkers with questions/problems that may occur. Lead by example to drive gracious and aggressive hospitlity with guests and co workers and create productive and positive atmosphere in Front Office; hotel experience helpful; bilingual helpful. Position requires excellent guest service skills and willingness to provide enthusiastic services to guests. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, rotating days and shifts weekdays, weekends and holidays.
