Job Description:
Individual will hold primary responsibility for successfully supervising the work execution, menu development, cost control, and employee relations for the kitchen on the evening shift for the a la carte restaurant. This individual is expected to be a team player who demonstrates a high degree of competency in his/her culinary expertise, leadership ability, customer focus, and support and maintenance of all corporate and county food safety standards on a daily basis. Position requires frequent guest interactions and ability to adapt menus to unique dietary needs of guests, many of whom are hospital patients. 3+ years experience in an a la carte restaurant setting required. Lead/supervisory experience a plus. Candidates must have outgoing hospitality skills and a strong desire to provide a professional and congenial work environment for all employees. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, primarily PM shifts (2:00 pm - 12:30 am), 47-50 hours per week, rotating days and shifts including weekends and holidays.
