Job Description:
Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities include overseeing dining room operations. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are being followed. Coordinate peak times and special events with kitchen and staff. Hire, train and development of all restaurant, lounge and room service personnel. Banquet Captain responsibilities include monitoring and supervising functions regarding staffing, order of service and function billing/summary. Requires technical knowledge of Food & Beverage service and operations through restaurant, food service operations, and/or banquet experience; lead or supervisory experience and/or Hospitality/culinary degree a plus. Great entry-level supervisory position. Position requires excellent guest service skills and willingness to provide enthusiastic services to guests. Must be available to work a flexible AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts including weekends and holiday (6a-4p, 3p-midnight). Wages start at $10.00/hr and a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, room discounts, and more!).
