Reporting to the COO, the Oncology Program Manager is responsible for the management of the Oncology program and integration of hospital services to provide quality care to the cancer patient. This incumbent is charged with seeking optimal market share for the Oncology program through marketing efforts, maintaining quality of the program, and ensuring physician, patient and patient family satisfaction through education and stellar communication. exceptional non traditional opportunity for an experienced oncology RN Qualifications I. POSITION REQUIREMENTS A. Education Nursing degree required. Bachelors preferred. B. Experience Minimum of 2 years of clinical oncology experience required. C. Other Qualifications Proven interpersonal, customer service, management and planning and computer skills. Experience navigating healthcare system. Independent, self-starter, organized and self-motivated. Exceptional communication skills ability to interact with patients, families and physicians.
