Coordinate nursing services with all other departments, hospital personnel and Medical Staff in order to ensure that efficient delivery of patient focused care is provided in accordance with System Mission and Philosophy.Accountabilities:1. Facilitates a customer focused environment between the patient/family and the physicians and hospital staff in order to maintain high quality patient care.2.
