Job Description:

A Fortune 500 company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 3-5 years' corporate finance experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the corporate treasury department for all capital formation activities including bank and public debt financing and preparation of various internal and external financial reports and presentations. Maintain detailed spreadsheet models of debt and interest expense for use by the corporate treasury department and senior management. Develop and maintain detailed operating models to analyze returns on invested capital, including analysis, summary and reporting on findings. Administration of the company's letters of credit including: Issuance, renewals, fee calculations and payments, monthly summaries. Monitor and report on the company's short-term debt and CP activity. Maintain bank participation and business relationship analysis. Monitor all debt principal and interest payments. Provide information for disclosure in various SEC filings. Development and preparation of presentations to senior management, board of directors and third-party organizations. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in either finance. Should have strong financial background. CFA candidate preferred.
