Job Description:

Matrix manage a small project team, ensuring completion of assigned project staff activities. Provide continuous support of monitoring responsibilities and field based staff. Track and report project status to management according to templates/timelines required. Act as principle liaison between sponsor, CRO (Clinical Research Organization) and investigator sites. Provides input to clinical trial budget and in house agreements as well as negotiate investigator site budgets and monitor investigator payments. Bachelors degree or registered nurse, with 4+ yrs of clinical research experience, including at least 12 months of monitoring experience and 1-2 years as a project manager of clinical studies. Dialysis experience would be a plus. They need to have direct experience with monitoring clinical trial recruitment and working with CRAs and sites on stimulating recruitment.
