Job Description:
The Feasibility Manager is responsible for managing the following tasks in accordance to the Feasibility Evaluation Group operational procedures: Retrieval of internal information from corporate databases, internet sites, and/or other internal and external sources; Development of protocol-specific questionnaires within the course of external feasibility studies or site pre-qualification process; Coordination of worldwide external feasibility surveys; Analysis and integration of the feasibility results from the external surveys into full reports, brief text, or slides as required; Active support to the development and update of internal department tools and projects; RCoordinate their activity during external surveys and ensure collection of sufficient feedback including country specific information from all investigated countries. Provide the information collected through the feasibility questionnaires regarding protocol design review, patient pools and enrolment forecast, and clinical site capabilities and interest under a tabulated format. Support the group in archiving feasibility related documents and maintaining department metrics. Give input and actively support the development new technologies. A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning; Ability to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to details; Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. Computer skills including Word, Excel, Lotus, and Internet; Education Scientific, possibly medical, degree; Language Skills Fluent oral and writing English mandatory.
