Job Description:
The Associate Director will work closely with functional groups to assure processes and procedures are appropriately mapped and documented. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the functions of the group, including establishing and maintaining a secure, central repository for both electronic and hard copy Clinical Affairs documents. You will also design and implement prospective and retrospective quality assessments for all critical processes and procedures. The successful candidate must possess superior organizational and negotiation skills with strong leadership abilities. You should have detailed knowledge clinical trial processes and procedures, a demonstrated ability to design and implement clinical research processes and procedures, and an in depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, ICH guidances and FDA regulations related to the conduct of clinical trials. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, math skills, offer an organized approach to providing timely accurate reports, can multi-task, prioritize, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.
