Job Description:
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the field construction of the project according to the plans and specifications, including: - Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors - Attending Owner meetings - Preparing and tracking documentation such as RFIs, COPs, schedule updates, etc. - Enforcing safety programs and policies - Approving subcontractor and vendor invoices - Timely completion and successful close-out of the project Morillo Construction, Inc. was founded in 1976 and has worked hard to ensure its reputation for quality and integrity. We are a General Contractor, specializing in Public Works construction. Our many projects include K-12 schools and universities, and City and County facilities. Requirements: - Min. 5 yrs. experience supervising Public Works projects, e.g. educational facilities; City or County facilities. - Good oral and written communication skills.
