Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Working with outsourced estimating firms, develop and maintain detailed architectural database for use in the production of construction cost estimates. Cost items within the database will include labor productivity in hours per unit, labor resources and costs by trade or craft, material costs per unit, equipment costs per unit, with documentation to the applicability of each to the unit cost of that item.Develop detailed template construction cost estimates for use in the real estate portfolio and strategy; Develop detailed template schedule activity breakdown for estimated work;Develop construction cost estimates for the capital planning pro-forma model; Develop construction cost estimate and analysis for specific locations and ad hoc requests; and, Develop, maintain, and roll out construction estimating tools for business partners as needed.
