Qualifications: Experience in the northern Virginia land development industry DPE in one or more of the local Northern VA jurisdictions Job Responsibilities: Working with clients to plan and lay out their land development projects, leading the landscape architecture / planning team in the Fairfax office, taking responsibility for the scope and pricing of planning and land development contract items, performing and/or supervising the work, insuring quality control, managing the billing and collection of these activities.
