Job Description:
 A company manufacturing electrical power distribution and control equipment, engine components, and hydraulic and fluid power products for aerospace, automotive, and other industrial uses seeks a Production Supervisor with 5+ years of maintenance/supervision experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, promoting and maintaining a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and rule enforcement. Leads, facilitates and coordinates production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. Support product design organization through new product introduction phase to ensure customer manufacturing delivery times are met. Acts as a business partner by initiating and continuously managing improvements to manufacturing processes. Provides and fosters effective on-going communication. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
