We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to join the team. The Associate Project Manager will assist in the management of projects and manage specific components of the project or sub-projects within the overall project or program framework. Support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices. Create, track and report on project timelines and assist with budget allocation and approval of invoices. Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management. Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings. Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the Global Project Management Unit to identify and consolidate support processes. Identify and negotiate out of scope project work. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field and 3 years of clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to Project Management Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
