Job Description:
The Contracts Administrative Assistant will be responsible for setting up new customer/subcontractor and job information into JD Edwards. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining various types of data related to jobs in Access and Excel. Responsibilities will also include setting up, assembling and maintaining job files and interaction with various governmental agencies.

Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with JD Edwards is strongly preferred. EOE M/F/D/V
