Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced SR. SCHEDULER/ Project Controls to work with a Design/Build company in the Los Angeles area that works on a diverse range of public, government and commercial projects ranging from hotels to resorts, from simple retail establishments to elegant restaurants and commercial / medical facilities.Job Requirements: - MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction field, working with a General Contractor, Owner Developer, or Scheduling Firm. - Experience with commercial retail projects such as regional malls and department stores is desirable. - Experience with projects valued at $10 million dollars and higher and preferably mega-projects is desirable.- Experience must include completing projects in a Design/Build environment as opposed to just projects performed as a low-bid General Contractor. Educational Requirements:- MUST have a four year college degree. Preferred majors are Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture.
