Job Description:
Under the direction of the Vice President - Construction Services, this position is responsible for independently evaluating, managing, and implementing capital improvement projects, including but not limited to façade and building envelope, interiors, site improvements, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and elevator for a portfolio of high-rise, mid-rise and garden style properties in New England. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, COnstruction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 to 4 years MEP systems design and operations or 5 years experience in the role of Facility Maintenance management for a high-rise property, and computer literacy/spreadsheet proficiency required. Ability to verbally express the daily activities of the job to peers and management. Able to write basic progress reports. Ability to perform basic mathematical equations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to work on multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Travel required.
