Duke Realty Corporation (DRE), rapid growing, publicly traded-full service real estate development company has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, of Health Care Construction in Dallas, Texas.The Project Manger of Health Care Construction will be responsible for effective administration of Health Care construction projects to minimize cost and maintain or improve the estimated fee and ensure proper project documentation; manage contract development budget/invoicing/costs upon assignment to project; establish final check set meeting to review final Construction Documents with the appropriate groups of the Company and/or the Third Party client; responsible for the administration of the Owner/Contractor Agreement, including pay requests, receivables, and change order documentation Also, responsible for overall interfacing with Owner to resolve disputes, clarify scope, update schedules, etc.; establishing a single point of communication with the client and/or the Groups within the Company.
