High school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must have 15 years of earth moving experience, to include 8 years in-plant (Refinery)experience. Must be able to read plans and specifications and implement the QA/QC portions of the field work. Must be willing to work in the Port Arthur area. Must have 40 hour Hazwoper training. Job Description : Observes work in progress to ensure conformance with specifications. Maintains daily report of construction inspection activities.
