Job Description:
You will perform feasibility studies and condition surveys, create detailed designs and provide technical assistance during the design and construction of projects ranging from high rise commercial properties to hospitals, theater complexes, schools, colleges, transportation facilities and historic renovation projects. You must have a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar discipline degree from an accredited school and at least 5-years experience in HVAC engineering and design, preferably of commercial/institutional buildings. A New York or New Jersey PE registration would be a plus. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical and dental coverage and paid holidays and vacations.
