Must be licensed in Interior Design (NCIDQ) or Architecture (NCARB)3. Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Interior Design4. Must be able to take a project from beginning to end (architecture & interiors)5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Currently on ADT 2008) 6. Ability to produce on-the-spot hand sketches 7. Ability to manage resources, schedules and budgets 8. Excellent organizational, administrative, presentation skills 9. Excellent client relations10. Previous supervisory or mentoring experience (Can have 3-5 people at any given time)Preferred candidates will have:- LEED certified (Will pay for this test/certification)
