Todays Staffing has partnered with a reputable healthcare conglomerate and together we are looking for Program Administrator/ Healthcare Consulting Associate.

Your daily duties will include but not limited to the following:

Testing, implementation, support and on-going maintenance of new and existing applications
Developing expertise regarding the different applications being used
Performing system testing/quality assurance, including the creation of testing scenarios and execution of testing scripts.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and accurately document problems and their probable causes
Possessing skills in document management to assist with the creation of user documentation.
Seeking and accepting guidance from those with advanced experience.
Communicating project status to senior management and other team members.
Working effectively with project teams across many functional areas.
Identifying and pursue opportunities for process improvement.
Completing all work assignments in accordance with established project timelines.
Functioning both as an individual contributor and as a team player.

Learning the Information Systems (IS) help desk, troubleshooting, and assisting users with problems
