Job Description:
Role and responsibilities
1. Perform review of customer amended contracts.
2. In conjunction with management, develop and/or oversee the development of proposal strategies, negotiate contracts, select the appropriate instrument and use/or amend the appropriate instrument using corporate templates for commercial contracts, etc.
4. Perform consultation and offer advice to legal department attorneys as to the services being sold in conjunction with the current contract being negotiated.
5. Prepare and present of contract readings for legal department attorneys.
6. Advise and assist project staff on applying and complying with the applicable contract terms and conditions governing their work.
