Associate Geologist
Location: San Francisco, CA
Base Salary: $62,000 – $76,000 annual Depending on Experience

Our client, a well respected and industry leading multi-discipline engineering consulting firm, is looking for outstanding individuals to take on great levels of responsibility. This skilled and exceptional Geologist will join a team of extraordinary senior professionals focused on integrating engineering geology, environmental geology, and hydrogeology, as independent projects or in support of our engineering work.
Successful candidates will be challenged to be creative and innovative in working with environmental investigation and remediation work including groundwater, soil and soil gas evaluations. This individual should be passionate about all things Geological and have prior experience with the installation of groundwater monitoring wells, installation of soil gas probes, collection of soil, soil gas and groundwater samples, as well as extensive knowledge of local and state regulations. Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with multidisciplinary staff are also essential to this position. In addition, this will be a significant learning and professional growth opportunity since the successful candidate will work on a number of vastly different project sets in many challenging scenarios.

The client’s ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Licensed Geologists preferred but absolutely not necessary.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Geologist to work in tandem with another Senior Geologist who can begin immediately and will relocate if need be.
