Job Description:
Immediate positions available for an experienced construction claims professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims. A bachelor degree in engineering or architecture is required. Candidates must be skilled in accepted methods of quantifying both delays and damages on large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, Word, and Excel is required. Expert testimony experience is preferred. Professional certifications/licenses (PE, CCE, CCM, LEED, etc.), a plus.
