This is a direct hire position located in Jacksonville, FL.
Detailed Description :
- Serves as a member of a design, analysis or programming team
- Helps clients by translating business requirements into secure, resilient and functionally rich technology solutions
- Support Client Metrics and Reporting Services within Client Service Workstation Application
Preferred Skills & Experience (not required but advantageous)
- SQL Server 2005 experience
- Trades Processing experience (Financial background).
- Documents functional requirements.
- Creates technical specifications.
- Conducts application of coding.
- Interfaces with logistics teams to acquire hardware/software as appropriate.
- Implements production while adhering to Firm-wide release and change management polices and procedures.
- Serves as post production level 2 and 3 support.
- Reviews and provides input to training materials.
- Financial knowledge, Javascript, Clearcase, MDX Queries, Analysis Services, TibCo,
- COM, Java, C#, C++

Job Requirements:
- This is a developer role position that can handle various development efforts and production support with the use of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and VB ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis Services required.
- Knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, replication and how they work and are utilized.
- He/She must have previous experience on working with SQL Server in a distributed processing environment integrated with VB ASP.NET.
- The role requires designing, analyzing and developing system applications as needed to support business solutions initiatives.
- Position requires 2-3 years of experience on the required technology.
- The candidate should be a team player, innovative and fast learner.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST!
- Skills: SQL Server 2000/2005, VB ASP.NET, and XML
