Job Description:
This position is located in our Irvine, CA facility. No relocation package is available for this position. Minimum Requirements: Hands on Mechanical and Electrical assembly using various hand tools. Knowledgeable in aerospace electronics. Good Management skills Fluent with Mechanical assembly blue prints and Electronic Schematics Competence with MS Office software Excellent verbal and writing skills Electronics and mechanics engineering background (EE or ME preferred) Experience in ESS is a plus Familiarity with military and industrial specifications is a plus (MIL-STD 2000, J STD-001, IPC 610, IPC 600) Job Summary: Manage day to day needs of a small Manufacturing Lab. Co-ordinate manufacturing support with mechanical and electronics engineering disciplines and process development Work with QC department to ensure quality product delivered on time. Follow MAI, drawings and all other Manufacturing and Quality Procedures Improve/redline manufacturing plans and drawings, to facilitate smooth transition of products from the design stage to manufacturing Implement, maintain and improve robust manufacturing processes; help modify assembly aids and process documentation Implement product and system quality audit procedures to ensure compliance to specified requirements Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards for products and processes Geotest-Marvin Test Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
