Responsibilities: Maintain production schedule and communicate deadlines to appropriate departments Stay current with all UMG production related policies and procedures Obtain and enter data into appropriate UMG systems to initiate downstream functions Provide finance department with manufacturing costs on all releases Deliver final production master to plant Deliver final artwork/package files to printer Acquire production parts from territories for foreign repertoire releases Clear foreign repertoire in CRA for frontline releases, digital exclusives and samplers Work with sales department to provide accurate information for sales book Oversee creation of release book pages and deliver to UMGD Work with UML to manage commercial inventory Clear tracks on samplers with business affairs Create advance music and radio promos Assist VP of Creative in the management of the creative department Coordinate production of all POP/Merchandising materials Maintain records of final approvals on packaging and audio masters Oversee digital production Other duties as assigned by company management Strong computing skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Quark, and Photoshop Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Must be self-directed and extremely well organized Strong analytical approach to problem solving. Must be self-directed and extremely well organized Strong customer/client service skills Must be able to work under time constraints.
