The Director will: -Develop and implement a strategy for informing all involved constituents about the QEP -Chair the QEP Steering Committee and serve as a liaison to other University committees and groups -Work with the QEP CFO to assure proper management and accountability of the QEP budget -Work with the VP of Education to assure adequate funding and resources for the QEP -Prepare regular reports on the progress and outcomes of the QEP for internal review and to meet the requirements of the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (UTMB\'s recognized regional accrediting body) The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution which proudly values diversity. Requirements A Master\'s Degree in a health profession or related field, and 4 years experience in Academic Administration, including 3 years teaching experience in interprofessional education at an academic health center is required.
