Position requires 3-4 years sales experience, professional demeanor and confident presentation skills. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Recruitment of students through lead generation On-site interviews and telephone interviews Community public relations to assist with outside lead generation Collection of application materials, start to finish Frequent follow-up of prospective students and non-registered students Meet monthly individual and department goals as set by the Director of Admissions Responsible for accurate tracking and reporting of all activity related to admissions Special projects as assigned by Director of Admissions Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or other related fields. Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience required. Schedule: Two evenings until 8 PM a week and one-two Saturdays from 9 am 1 pm a month required.
