Responsibilities: Support ODM Manufacturing in Asia for 11g/11n products. Work with system engineering, Field Application Engineers, and Customer program management to ensure production. Qualifications: BSEE minimum. MSEE/ME preferred. 10+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing management role. High volume product experience required, communication specialization preferred. WLAN experience preferred. Software requirement: Experience with production management planning, tracking, and forecasting tools. Hardware requirement: Digital and Analog problem identification skills, RF experience. Knowledge of component domain. Sufficient mechanical experience to address quality assurance manufacturing issues. Statistical analysis and analytic skills required. Experience with quality assurance techniques and initiatives. Familiarity with WLAN software on XP/Vista/Linux/WinCE. Must be self motivated with good verbal and written communication skills and an investigative spirit. Must be able to operate independently with limited supervision in a customer environment. Ability to report and document for technical distribution in a timely manner. Good problem solving techniques and ability to respond promptly to customer needs. Willingness to travel and operate or spend a large percentage of time in Asia. Unsolicited resumes from external agencies will not be accepted.
