Lead deployment of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement strategy. o Lead Executive Project Selection Steering Committee with VP o Training LSS Green and Yellow Belts o Facilitate and Monitor Green Belt projects o Communicate Status to Execs and Company through presentations and Newsletter Assist process owners, senior leaders, and champions in identifying and prioritizing continuous improvement projects that align with business/functional goals and strategies. Assist leadership in establishing organizational support for Continuous Improvement including communication, rewards, and IT Tools. Requirements: Required Skills / Qualifications: Proven track record of successful Lean Six Sigma initial deployments implementations as a MBB Expertise in o DMAIC o Lean o 6 Sigma o Kaizen (or Workout) o Change Management Very Strong Organization and Project Management skills; Managing and directing numerous projects / activities simultaneously. Experience in High Tech manufacturing operations. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab o Lotus Notes and SAP familiarity a Plus Able to be flexible adaptable in a rapidly changing and growing work environment. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field required. Master Black Belt - 2 + years experience (manufacturing and transactional) leading or participating in an initial deployment Lean and 6 sigma deployment. Black Belt - 5+ yrs experience. EOE/M/F/D/V.
