Responsibilities/Description: Help plant meet/exceed production rates and yields Ensure the highest quality products are produced; to include packaging, coding, appearance, shelf life and all other quality indicators Ensure production equipment and plant facility is properly cleaned, sanitized and set up to facilitate start up of production Train and motivate associates Communicate SOP and plant rules to all production team members Help to monitor and manage cleaning chemical and supplies program Assist in planning production schedule for packaging operation Hours are predominately 3rd shift. Qualifications: College degree preferred 2-3 years experience in dairy, beverage, or food industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Troubleshooting skills with ownership approach Strong teaching and training skills Ability to coordinate a high level of activities in a team environment Ability and willingness to learn all phases of the operation.
