Job Description:
OSHPD experience preferred. Responsible for administration in the field of project construction documents and contracts. Must be organized, self- directed, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors. Thorough knowledge of building systems, construction techniques and California Building Code required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a computer-oriented environment; experience with Autodesk Architectural Desktop and/or Revit preferred. Position requires a degree in architecture and professional license. State agency (OSHPD) knowledge and experience in our practice area of healthcare a plus.
