In this role, you will liaise with other areas of Facilities Management to support metro, campus, and building level real estate planning activities, business unit relationships, occupancy plans, and business unit allocations. Meet with local business units to understand needs, communicate standards and practices, and provide continued information during the scope of project being implemented. Regularly review building occupancy and utilization. Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance. Partner with Occupancy Planning Team and other Workplace Planners to establish and sustain working environments, and support the development and implementation of planning subprocesses and work flows. Requirements: BA or MA in Architecture/Design. Proven ability to function in remote location and in a virtual team environment. Demonstrated ability to embrace change. Proven ability to facilitate teams of people who have no direct reporting relationship. Strong presentation skills. Knowledge of business finance
