We are well known locally for high-end traditional custom residential work specializing in renovation, new construction and restoration work. The person we are looking for has these qualifications:BArch or MArch Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExpertise in AutoCad essential; experience with other software helpful. Previous experience within Southern California with city/county agency approval processes and reviews essential. Be a legal US Resident. Previous experience in detailed Type V resential construction essential. Have an interest in local period architecture and design, and restoration strategies, helpful. We are located in a 1920's industrial space in Pasadena. Our work environment is collaborative and casual, but focused. We have sophisticated clients with unique projects.
